The project was quite unique in its design and execution given the COVID19 restrictions in 2020; however Ngai Chin managed this development with professionalism and attentive care.
The complexity and quality of the work carried out with limited time frame was a major challenge, yet had achieved our high expectation through meticulous planning and deployment of resources.
